Accoring to FAO data, the Chilean Fishing sector is ranked among the 10 fishing powers in the world. In Chile, Los Lagos region (also called X region) has a vast coastline territory, it is the second region with the largest fish landing (24.9%) right after Bío Bío region.

The Company is located in Quellón, a small town southern Chiloé Island (Los Lagos region), which makes it easier to timely receive and move raw material into the plant to be processed.
